LSSA acknowledges and respects the privacy of individuals. Personal information is collected with your consent. Your consent is given when you send information to LSSA through its Internet site. We advise that the information that you provide on this site is "personal information" as defined by the Privacy and Personal Information Act 1998 (the "Act").
The purpose for collecting this information varies depending upon your request, but comprises:

> Planning the provision of educational courses;

> officers within LSSA and/or the InteGlobal| Graduate School of Business Productivity (GSBP);
> data service providers engaged by LSSA and/or GSBP from time to time;
> any other body which forms part of LSSA and its partnerships;

> agencies of the federal and state governments, overseas partners and/or education partners who require the information for administrative purposes;
> Employer Organisation and/or referees in circumstances when such disclosure is deemed necessary by LSSA and/or the GSBP to further the application;
> the GSBP Alumni Association;
While the supply of the information by you is voluntary, if you cannot provide or do not wish to provide the information sought, LSSA and/or the LSSA may be unable to meet the purposes for which the information was collected.
If you have already provided information but you have changed your mind and do not want that information used, you may make application for access or amendment, or to instruct LSSA that any information is not to be used.
LSSA provides rights of access and alteration to personal information held on and about individuals and such rights are governed by the PPIPA and Freedom of Information Act. LSSA will only disclose personal information in accordance with the Information Protection Principle.
The information which is collected by LSSA will be held by LSSA.
